 FDRS – Forwarders Debt Recovery Service is a company dedicated to assisting the freight forwarding community in collecting its just debts from all of those who do not pay. Our services are offered to all companies involved in freight forwarding, domestically or globally.
All of you in the forwarding industry are aware that millions of dollars each year are not paid to forwarders by their customers, other forwarders, and others that rightfully owe them money for services and work performed. Sometimes, those withheld payments are a result of disputes between the parties, and sometimes they are withheld because the debtor just doesn’t pay without any reason whatsoever. We want to help you collect what is rightfully due to you.

We believe we can assist you in collecting your just debts. We will bring these delinquent non-payers into the light, on our "Reported Delinquent Forwarders, Shippers or Consignees" warning lists, that we broadcast monthly to 40,000 freight forwarders and all major logistic networks worldwide.

We strive to ensure that the payment of invoices between domestic and international cargo handlers and forwarders are settled and paid to industry standards.
FDRS does not hold on to your monies. All recoveries are remitted to the customer minus our collection fee within 5 days of collection by FDRS. Our work is strictly on a contingency basis -- If we can’t collect, no fee is charged to our customer.
